Phil McIlroy is a commercial leader and strategist with extensive experience in procurement and contract management across various sectors. They served as a Senior Procurement Advisor to Local Government at NZ Transport Agency from 2019 to 2024, where they provided expert procurement guidance and were involved with the Road Efficiency Group. Previously, Phil held key roles at the New Zealand Defence Force, including Category Manager for MRO, and has worked in financial advisory.
