Roly O'Connell

Roly O'Connell has extensive experience in various leadership roles focused on business transformation and improvement. Roly has worked for companies such as TransGrid, The Star Entertainment Group, Wesfarmers Industrial and Safety, British Gas, Lumley Insurance, and Wesfarmers General Insurance. In these roles, they have led the strategic direction and execution of supply chain operations, driven continuous improvement initiatives, transformed customer service functions, and managed regional operations. Roly O'Connell obtained a BA (Hons) degree in European Studies from the University of Leeds in 2000. Prior to that, they completed their GCSE's, earning A's and B's, at Rugby School in Warwickshire from 1991 to 1996, with a focus on Economics, French, German, English, and Mathematics. In 2006, they became a Fellow at ICAEW.
