Ryan Thomas

Ryan Thomas is an accomplished supply chain logistics professional with extensive experience in fleet management and procurement. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Supply Chain Logistics at Transgrid since November 2018, Ryan has held previous positions including Manager of Fleet, Plant and Equipment, and Category Manager of Fleet and Indirect. Prior to Transgrid, Ryan worked at the NSW Department of Finance, Services and Innovation as a Category Specialist in Fleet Management and Vehicle Leasing, where responsibilities included software administration and project management. Additional experience includes roles at Sibelco Australia & New Zealand, Transport for NSW, GE Custom Fleet, and ORIX Australia Corporation Limited. Ryan's educational background includes a Diploma of Procurement and Contracting from the University of Technology Sydney, a degree in Fleet Management from Swinburne University of Technology, and a Certificate IV in Business Marketing from TAFE NSW.
