Stephanie Ley

Stephanie Ley is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in employee experience, talent management, and organizational development. Currently serving as Head of Employee Experience at Transgrid since February 2024, Stephanie has also held significant roles such as General Manager Talent & Capability (acting) and Consultant. Prior experience includes leading HR Transformation initiatives at Domain, where responsibilities encompassed Future of Work Projects, People Experience, and People Solutions. Stephanie's career began in human resources roles at Kinokuniya Book Store and Takeda Pharmaceuticals, and continued at AGL Energy as HR Digital Transformation Manager and Learning and Talent Systems Manager. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate degree in Education from the University of New England, as well as certifications in Lean & Agile Six Sigma and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from TAFE NSW.
