Vice Chairman at Transient Plasma Systems (TPS)

Hoshi Printer has dedicated their career to helping companies improve their governance practices and nano-engineering products. Hoshi currently serves as the Vice Chairman at Transient Plasma Systems (TPS) and as a Board Member at AerNos, Inc. and the National Association of Corporate Directors' Pacific Southwest Chapter.

Printer's experience in product development and corporate governance began at TPS, where they served as a Board Member from 2013 to 2016. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the company's programs and ensuring their compliance with NACD guidelines. Hoshi also chaired the Programs Committee from 2013 to 2016. In 2017, they transitioned to AerNos, Inc., where they now use their expertise in nano-engineering to develop sensors that can detect airborne gases or volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

Printer has been a designated NACD Governance Fellow since 2013 and is committed to helping companies create best practices for their boardrooms. In their current role as Vice Chairman at TPS, they are responsible for leading the company's board and providing guidance on corporate governance matters.

Hoshi Printer completed their MBA at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they studied finance and strategy. They also have a MS in industrial engineering from Oklahoma State University.
