Nisha Venugopal

Nisha Venugopal currently serves as the Deputy General Manager of HR at Transight, beginning in February 2025. Prior to this role, Nisha held the position of Manager - People Happiness at WRENCH Solutions (P) Ltd from February 2022 to February 2025, focusing on employee learning, upskilling programs, and talent acquisition. Nisha also worked as Senior Manager of Performance Management and Employee Communication at HTIC Global, where responsibilities included establishing the performance management division and designing alignment solutions for business units. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Manager of HR at BuildNext Construction Solutions Pvt Ltd, managing various HR functions, and progressive roles at Carborundum Universal Limited and Trans Asia Group, gaining expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management. Nisha began a career in HR as an Executive at SKYLINE BUILDERS and previously worked as a Customer Care Officer at SI (Pvt) Ltd. Nisha holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies.
