Ping Han possesses extensive experience in customer service, sales, and interpretation across various industries. Currently serving as a Bus Operator at Transit Systems West Services Pty Ltd since July 2016, Ping Han demonstrates strong capabilities in managing routes and ensuring customer satisfaction. Previously, in a seven-year tenure as a Customer Sales Representative at British American Tobacco Australia, Ping Han excelled in outbound B2B sales with a commendable call quality assurance. A seasoned interpreter and translator for 15 years, Ping Han has collaborated with notable organizations and clients. Additional experience includes roles at Dick Smith Electronics, RailCorp, StateRail, and CITS, showcasing a consistent track record in customer engagement, sales, and operational support. Ping Han holds a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the University of Technology Sydney.
