Emily Gates is currently the Head of Service Delivery at Transit. Emily has previous experience working in data science and operations strategy, specifically in bike and scooter markets. Emily Gates has a background in research from their time as a Research Assistant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Transit Lab. There, they worked on designing and marketing a commuter benefits experiment that took place in Kendall Square, Cambridge. Emily Gates has a Master of Transportation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.S in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.
