Francisca Eiriz

Francisca Eiriz is an experienced professional in project management and business development, currently serving as Head of Project Management and Head of Business Development - Tech at UPTEC since January 2022, while also acting as a Climate Fresk facilitator for TRANSITAR since June 2023. Eiriz has a strong background in innovation, having held the position of Horizon Europe National Delegate & Contact Point at ANI in 2021, and served as Innovation Manager at ESA Portugal Space Solutions from 2016 to 2020. Previous roles include Copernicus Incubation Evaluator and Tech Transfer & IP Manager at CBRAIN. Eiriz holds a PhD in Bioengineering Systems from Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade NOVA de Lisboa and has participated in prestigious programs such as the Ignition Program at Porto Business School and the International Visitor Leadership Program through the U.S. State Department, focusing on climate change challenges.
