From school days, Transition 15 founder, Matt Perry, has had a keen interest and passion for people and behaviour, whilst also demonstrating strong leadership abilities, transforming the culture of his boarding house in his role as Head of House.

Deferring a place at university to study law and psychology, he grasped an invitation to play rugby in South Africa. On his return Matt was offered an opportunity at Bath Rugby where he spent 12 years and played a key part in winning the Heineken European Cup. He also represented England, the Barbarians and the British & Irish Lions on 45 occasions, learning what is required to be part of truly world-class, high-performing teams and how to successfully transition between teams.

Following retirement from rugby, Matt decided to return to his interest and passion for people and behaviour, combining his experience of high-performance environments with his training as an executive coach to impart his knowledge and unique insights to business teams.

In 2015, Matt set up Transition 15 as the 'One Team' development partner of choice through its bespoke, experiential and results-driven approach. Matt now leads a team of Associate Performance Coaches who share his passion for helping individuals and teams get the best with, for and from each other.
