Pat Eilers

Patrick Eilers currently serves as the Executive Chairman at AirJoule since March 2024 and is the Founder and Managing Partner of Transition Equity Partners, a position held since June 2020. Previously, Patrick Eilers held the role of Chief Executive Officer at Power & Digital Infrastructure Acquisition Corp. from February 2021 to March 2024 and served as Chairman of DARI Motion from January 2015 until March 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Managing Director at BlackRock from March 2016 to October 2019 and as Managing Director at Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC from April 1999 to February 2016. Initial career experience featured a Vice President role at The Jordan Company (TJC) from January 1995 to October 1997, following a career as a player in the National Football League with the Minnesota Vikings, Washington Redskins, and Chicago Bears from June 1990 to January 1996. Patrick Eilers holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
