Transition Equity Partners (“TEP”) is an energy transition-focused private equity firm. TEP makes buyout and growth equity investments in Renewable Energy, Decarbonization Infrastructure, and Clean Energy Supply Chain projects and businesses to facilitate the multi-decade process of transitioning to cleaner, smarter, and more reliable energy infrastructure. The Firm was founded in 2020, and is led by Pat Eilers and Michael Allison.
