Fred Studley

Fred Studley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Human Resources and organizational leadership. As the CEO and Founder of Transition Solutions since 1990, Fred has established an innovative firm specializing in National and Global Outplacement services, providing high-quality support tailored to client needs. Prior to this, Fred founded The Studley Group, which encompassed various HR-related initiatives, including outplacement services and recruitment solutions. Fred's earlier roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Scudder Investments and Computervision, and Vice President of Human Resources at Costar - Corning Life Sciences, alongside various positions at Houghton Mifflin and Raytheon. Fred holds a BSBA in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from Boston University and Northeastern University, reflecting a strong academic foundation in the field.
