Joan Blake

Joan F. Blake is an accomplished Leadership and Career Development Coach with a special focus on executive coaching and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as Chairperson at The Wharton Club of Boston since 2017, Blake has been a Senior Consultant at Transition Solutions and a Leadership and Career Development Coach since 2013. Previously, at Covidien, a medical device company, Blake held the position of Director of Human Resources, where notable contributions included the implementation of a new Talent Management process. At Agilent Technologies, Blake played a key role in onboarding services for leadership and the creation of a global leadership development program. Educational accomplishments include an MBA in Marketing from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree from The University of Virginia.
