Stuart Shelly

Stuart Shelly is the Managing Director and Owner of Transitional Capital Management, which creates specialty finance platforms and credit vehicles for originators and investors. Stuart is also the Chief Executive Officer of Koru Funding, specializing in vendor finance programs for early stage companies, and TurnKey Capital Solutions, which brings capital to Business Process Outsourcing. Additionally, Stuart serves as the President and CEO of ProSelect Funding, providing entertainer advances for promoters and entertainment artist managers. With experience at GE Capital, Bank of Montreal, KPMG US, and Bank of America, Stuart has a strong background in finance. Stuart holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Denver.
