Transitions offers an array of addiction recovery programs and outpatient treatment services that provide an in-depth approach to special issues, mental health complications, relapse prevention and sober living skills. Individuals are provided with the time to practice their new recovery skills, and gain a deeper understanding of what they need to do to recover. The primary goal is to help develop the skills necessary to maintain an emotional, vocational, social, physical and spiritual balance in sober living.
