Giulia Boccalini

Giulia Boccalini has extensive experience in account management, currently serving as Head of Account Management at Translated since July 2016, previously holding positions such as Senior Account Manager, Associate Account Manager, and Account Manager. Prior to this role, Giulia worked at Teleperformance Portugal from May 2011 to June 2016, where responsibilities included Assistant Call Center Manager and First Line Manager. Giulia holds a Laurea magistrale in Traduzione letteraria e tecnico-scientifica from Sapienza Università di Roma, obtained in 2011, and a Laurea triennale in Lingue e culture del mondo moderno from the same institution, completed in 2008. Additionally, Giulia pursued further education at the University of Lisbon during the 2009-2010 academic year.
