Roni Dhanday

Roni Dhanday is an insightful, results-driven IT Project Manager and Consultant with extensive experience in project and change management. Previously, Roni served as a Senior Project Manager at WorkSafeBC, where they participated in a significant $80 million project to integrate claims management systems and implemented an IT Project Governance process. Roni later worked at the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia as a Team Lead, managing a team to design a claims management solution using Agile methodology. Currently, Roni is a Senior Project Manager at TransLink, overseeing multiple projects including a foundational GIS-centric asset management system and the feasibility study for an integrated financial system, all while pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Victoria.
