Bridget McLaughlin

Bridget McLaughlin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT project management and program delivery across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of IT Programs and Projects at TransLink since June 2019, Bridget leads high-value, multi-year IT initiatives while enhancing PMO practices for improved portfolio transparency. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at TELUS, focusing on Agile delivery and systems development, and ICT Project Manager at Meridian Energy, where Bridget oversaw significant technology transformations, including the deployment of Microsoft platforms and Agile software projects. Bridget's career began at Spark New Zealand as a Project Manager and Programme Coordinator at the Ministry of Education. Throughout the career, Bridget has accumulated several certifications, including Prosci Change Management Practitioner, PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner, CAPM from the Project Management Institute, and a SCRUM Master Certification. Bridget holds a BA in Geography from Victoria University of Wellington.
