Lead, Digital Customer Experience

Carmen Lo is currently the Lead of Digital Customer Experience at TransLink, where they focus on innovative solutions to enhance transit alerts and real-time information. Previously, they held various product management roles, including as a Product Owner at veritree and a Jr Mobile Product Owner at Debenhams, where they successfully revamped eCommerce platforms. Carmen has also contributed to community engagement as a Voting Technology Supervisor for Elections BC and has experience coordinating events for HUB Cycling. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Information Systems and Economics at The University of Auckland and recently completed a Micro-Certificate in Environmental Metrics for Sustainability Reporting from The University of British Columbia.
