Elizabeth Chow

Elizabeth Chow is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in diversity outreach, recruitment, and employee wellness. Currently serving as Senior Diversity Outreach Advisor at TransLink since July 2023, Elizabeth's career includes roles at the City of Vancouver as a Recruiter and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Advisor, and earlier positions at TransLink involving HR recruitment and corporate wellness initiatives. Prior experience includes working in human resources for the Township of Langley, AMEC, Sierra Systems, Capilano University, Providence Health Care, Vancouver Coastal Health, and Pepsi Bottling Group. Elizabeth holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Marketing, and a minor in Counselling and Human Development from Simon Fraser University.
