Ellen Hayes

Ellen Hayes is a Senior Planner in Transportation Facility Planning and Design Policy at TransLink, with prior experience as a Project Coordinator at Product Care Association and a Project Assistant at MODUS Planning, Design and Engagement. Since joining TransLink in October 2019, Ellen has contributed to the development of multi-modal program strategies, researched transportation data, and provided work direction to consultants. Previous experience includes project management and compliance responsibilities for province-wide programs at Product Care Association and coordination of sustainability goals at The University of British Columbia. Ellen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Geography, Environment and Sustainability from The University of British Columbia and an Advanced Diploma in Applied Urban Planning from Langara College, where Ellen achieved Dean's Honour Roll status.
