Fearghal King is a Senior Policy Analyst at Infrastructure Canada since February 2024, focusing on a three-year secondment to develop a permanent public transit funding program with an annual budget of approximately $3 billion for Canadian transit projects beginning in 2026/'27. Prior to this role, Fearghal King has been with TransLink since May 2012, serving as Lead Planner and Project Manager, with responsibilities that include implementing the Ridership Estimation Methodology and conducting the Regional Congestion Measurement Study.
