Fédia R. O. currently serves as Program Manager at TransLink, having previously held the position of IT Project Manager at the Ministère de la Justice du Québec, where strategic planning and compliance for multiple IT projects were key responsibilities. Fédia's expertise spans various sectors, including public service and food manufacturing, with a focus on operational performance, coaching, and project management. As an owner of SYNERSHIP, Fédia led cross-functional IT projects and translated strategic initiatives into actionable plans. Prior experience includes managing IT projects for major financial institutions and holding positions in research and development, as well as network engineering. Fédia holds an Executive Coaching degree from HEC Paris and a Master’s in Science and Technology from Sorbonne University, along with an Engineering Degree in Communication from the Ecole supérieure des communications de Tunis.
