Jenny Joo is an accomplished payroll professional with extensive experience in payroll and benefits administration. Currently serving as a Senior Payroll Advisor at TransLink since August 2021, Jenny previously held the position of Payroll & Benefits Administration Manager at ALS for over two decades. Earlier in a career that began as an HR & Payroll Administrator at Braemar, a division of Dylex, between 1988 and 1994, Jenny developed a strong foundation in payroll processes. Educational qualifications include a Payroll Practitioner designation from the Canadian Payroll Association and ongoing studies toward a Certified Payroll Manager designation at Douglas College, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Windsor.
