John Tam

John Tam, P.Eng., RI, RWA, CRM, LEED AP, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in infrastructure and asset management across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Development Services at TransLink since July 2017, John Tam oversees property optimization and development partnerships. Previously, John held managerial roles at Coast Mountain Bus Company where responsibilities included managing infrastructure asset metrics, conducting condition assessments, and overseeing major capital projects. John's career also includes positions such as Project Manager for Transit Infrastructure Asset Management at TransLink and Project Engineer at Metro Vancouver, with a solid foundation in engineering obtained through a BASc in Integrated Engineering from The University of British Columbia.
