Katy Padmore

Katy Padmore has a diverse background in administrative and recruitment roles, with significant experience in the public sector and major organizations. Katy served as a Recruitment Coordinator at the Department of Conservation from July 2016 to July 2017 and as Project Officer for Recruitment Campaigns at the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning from July 2017 to July 2018. Prior to these roles, Katy held positions such as Office Administrator at Steinhoff Asia Pacific and Customer Service Advisor at EDM Group. Additional experience includes serving as a Confidential Assistant and HR Recruiter at TransLink, where recruitment support was provided across the enterprise. Katy was also involved as the Assistant Staffing and Recruitment Manager during the London 2012 Olympic Games with Arena Racing Company and worked as Hotel Duty Manager/Supervisor/Team Leader at Wolverhampton Racecourse and Conference Centre.
