Michelle Chan

Michelle Chan possesses extensive experience in analytics, business intelligence, and Agile methodologies, currently serving as the Product Owner for Analytic Solutions & GIS at TransLink since October 2005. In this role, Michelle is responsible for managing the product backlog, defining customer and market requirements, and prioritizing the Agile development team's work in Analytics and GIS. Previous positions at TransLink include Business Intelligence Team Lead and Scrum Master, where Michelle led the implementation of Infor-based Business Intelligence capabilities and contributed to the development of the Enterprise Data Warehouse. Prior experience at Art In Motion includes roles as Developer Analyst and Technical Support Analyst, focusing on business intelligence tools and data reporting. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of British Columbia and an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from Alexos Global Best Practice.
