Mike Swanson

Mike Swanson, PMP, currently serves as a retired professional with extensive experience in project management and consulting. At TransLink, Mike has been responsible for implementing significant projects such as the OpenText Content Server 2016 Upgrade. Previous roles include Project Manager and Management Consultant at WorkSafeBC, where Mike implemented the Integrated Project Portfolio Management project, and Project Manager at Vancouver Fraser Port Authority, leading the deployment of a cloud-based SaaS for operational reporting. Mike's long career at ICBC included positions such as Senior Manager of Insurance Systems Portfolio and Director of Business Transformation, overseeing large teams and budgets while successfully delivering numerous corporate projects. Mike holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) with Honours in Finance from The University of British Columbia and completed an Executive Management Development Program at Simon Fraser University.
