Nancy Flello, CAIP, has extensive experience in market research and analytics, currently serving as a Senior Market Research Advisor at TransLink since December 2022 and as a Board Member for the Certified Analytics and Insights Professionals of Canada since July 2024. Prior to these roles, Nancy worked at Destination British Columbia from May 2008 to November 2022, holding various positions including Manager of Research Insights, Senior Researcher, Acting Manager of Research & Analytics, and Research Analyst. Nancy holds a Honours Health Science degree with a minor in Gerontology and Public Health from the University of Waterloo (2003-2007) and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Research Analyst from Georgian College (2007-2008).
