Tim Shaver

Tim Shaver has extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning, with a career spanning from 1984 to the present. Currently serving as the Manager of Investment Plans at TransLink, Tim oversees the development of financial forecasts and pro forma financial statements for a ten-year investment strategy. Previous roles at TransLink include managing capital assets and government funding, where Tim handled over $2 billion in capital projects and administered $800 million in senior government funding. Tim's career also includes positions at West Coast Express and RSL Communications, focusing on finance, administration, and business development. Tim holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from The University of British Columbia, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta, and has been pursuing the CPA, CMA designation since 1998.
