Head Of Support Services at Transmar

Hossam Ibrahim has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Hossam currently holds the position of Head Of Support Services at Transmar since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at IACC Holdings for 15 years, starting as a Technical Support and eventually becoming an IT Supervisor and then an IT Manager. At IACC Holdings, their responsibilities included developing IT strategies, directing and motivating staff, and implementing policies and procedures for the IT department. Before IACC Holdings, Hossam worked as a Help Desk Support at ELAN Egypt. Here, they maintained network infrastructure, configured routers and servers, and worked on database program applications. Throughout their career, Hossam has gained expertise in various areas such as network administration, system management, and technical support.

Hossam Ibrahim completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from Helwan University Cairo. Hossam attended this university from 1999 to 2004.

In addition to their bachelor's degree, Hossam obtained various certifications. Hossam completed a course on Strategic Management from Coursera Course Certificates in August 2018. Hossam also earned the Microsoft certified professional certification from Microsoft in May 2008.

Hossam is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The German University in Cairo. Hossam started their MBA program in 2022 and is still currently enrolled.

Before attending university, Hossam attended Alsaadat School from 1995 to 1998, where they achieved a degree of 90% in Thanwya Aama.
