Rodina Shash, MBA, has extensive experience in customer experience and operations, currently serving as Revenue Assurance & Compliance Team Leader at Transmar since March 2016, with additional roles in customer experience management. Prior to Transmar, Rodina held positions at SAFINA and International Associated Cargo Carrier (IACC) as Customer Operation and Documentation Executive, as well as roles in customer service and administration at Mobinil Company. Rodina holds a Master of Business Administration from Cairo University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Project Management at the same institution, having also earned a Diploma and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Cairo University and Ain Shams University, respectively.
