Elena Moser

Elena Moser is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project coordination, resource management, and team leadership. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at Transmax Pty Ltd since May 2024, Elena previously held the position of Squad Lead at WorkingMouse from March 2022 to May 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Project & Quality Coordinator at SDSI and Project Coordinator at COSOL, where responsibilities encompassed project resource allocation, forecasting, and milestone tracking.
