Milena Marin

Milena Marin is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in UX/UI design and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Design System Lead at Transmax Pty Ltd since February 2025, Milena has previously held positions including Senior UX/UI Designer at Fugro, and Senior UI Designer for the MyTelstra App and Belong Design System at Telstra. In addition to professional roles, Milena contributed as a UX/UI Substitute Instructor at Monash University for edX. With a solid foundation in digital media design, including a Bachelor of Design from Swinburne University of Technology and a Bachelor of Graphic Design from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano, Milena has a strong track record of enhancing design processes, developing responsive designs, and mentoring emerging designers.
