Dev Gupta

Dev Gupta currently serves as the VP of Sales Engineering at Transmit Security since June 2025. Previously, from July 2005 to July 2025, Dev held various leadership roles at Akamai Technologies, including Vice President of Global Solutions Engineering, where responsibilities included leading Solutions Engineers and Technical Solutions Architects in driving customer acquisition and product sales. Significant accomplishments also include overseeing technical solutions for Akamai’s Media Division, enhancing product messaging for multiple industries, and expanding sales teams in key verticals. Dev’s career began in 2000 at FireSpout, followed by positions at Xpogen and CMI. Dev holds a BA in Communications from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, an MA in Global Marketing from Emerson College, and completed finance-related programs at Harvard Extension School and MIT Sloan School of Management.
