Sivan Ostrovsky

Sivan Ostrovsky is the Director of HR at Transmit Security, where they currently serve as a Senior HR Business Partner. With extensive experience in human resources, Sivan has held various positions including Head of HR at Blue Dot and Senior HRBP roles at HERE Mobility and VMware. They have a proven track record in career development, HR consulting, technical recruiting, and organizational development, having worked in both hyper-growth startups and global corporate settings. Sivan earned a BA in Psychology & Sociology and an MA in Labor Study from Tel Aviv University.
