Kevin Rodriguez

Kevin Rodriguez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kevin began their career at Herff Jones as an IT Support Specialist, where they provided technical assistance. Kevin then joined Walt Disney World as a Disney College Program Intern, gaining valuable experience in the hospitality industry. Kevin later joined Apple and served as an AppleCare iOS Tier 1 Advisor and Specialist, providing customer support for iOS devices.

In 2021, Kevin took on the role of Attractions Host at Universal Orlando Resort, where they provided excellent service to park visitors. Kevin then transitioned to Bohemian Culture Shop as a Social Media Manager, successfully developing and implementing brand voice, content plans, and influencer campaigns.

Kevin continued their social media management career at Reginald Dunlap Interior Design, where they designed and executed social media strategies, and at The H & D Law Firm, where they grew the Instagram account and tracked analytics to improve social media strategy.

Their most recent role is as a Content & Design Coordinator at Transmit since 2023, where they are responsible for coordinating content and design initiatives.

Throughout their work experience, Kevin has showcased skills in design, social media management, customer service, and technical support, demonstrating strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Kevin Rodriguez completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Art/Graphic Design from Florida International University from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued dual enrollment at Miami Dade College and obtained an Associate of Arts degree from 2014 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Kevin obtained a certification in Foundations of Digital Marketing and E-commerce from Coursera in January 2023.
