Stu Warren is an accomplished physicist and accelerator physicist with a robust background in nuclear physics and accelerator technology. Currently at the Paul Scherrer Institut PSI since November 2022, Warren is engaged in the design and construction of innovative scientific machines for isotope production in chemical and physics research. Concurrently, at TRANSMUTEX since April 2022, Warren contributes to developing the first commercially viable accelerator-driven nuclear reactor aimed at recycling radioactive waste. Previous experience includes leading a research team at the University of Geneva to establish a new ion beam line and serving as a senior fellow at CERN, focused on beamline construction. Warren's academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Nuclear Physics from The University of Manchester and a Master’s Degree in Physics from the University of Leeds.
