Kameshini Pathar

Kameshini Pathar is the Chief Engineer of Research and Development at Transnet Engineering, where they have led initiatives in rail technology for over three years. They hold a professional engineering certification (Pr. Eng) and possess more than two decades of experience in the railway sector, including roles as Principal and Senior Engineer at Transnet Freight Rail. Kameshini earned a BSc(Eng) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, an MSc(Eng) in Engineering Management from the University of Pretoria, and a Master of Science in Railway Operations Management from Glasgow Caledonian University. They are committed to driving innovation and supporting equity within the transport industry.
