Sadaqa Hendricks

Sadaqa Hendricks has a decade of port operations experience and four years in supply chain management within the maritime industry. Currently, as Chief Administrator at Transnet Freight Rail, Sadaqa oversees reverse logistics, managing returns and repairs while ensuring customer satisfaction. Previous roles include ship-to-shore crane operator and buyer at Transnet Port Terminals, where Sadaqa negotiated contracts and optimized procurement processes. Sadaqa holds an NDip in Logistics from Nelson Mandela University and is pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Business Management from MANCOSA. Additionally, Sadaqa completed the Transnet Young Leaders Programme at Henley Business School - Africa.
