Dale Ledingham is a Senior Marine Pilot at the Port of Durban with extensive maritime experience. From 1990 to 1998, Dale served as a Combat Officer in the South African Navy. Since 1998, Dale has worked as a Marine Pilot at Transnet and briefly held the role of Acting Deputy Harbour Master: Nautical in 2022. Currently, Dale serves as the Secretary General of the Maritime Pilots Association of South Africa (MPASA) and completed a program at Wits Business School in 2021.
