Janis Myburgh

Janis Myburgh possesses extensive experience in business process management, currently serving as the Business Process Management Lead at Transnet Freight Rail since August 2017. Responsibilities include compiling the Business Architecture Blueprint, implementing BPM and SOA frameworks, and designing high-level process integration models. Prior to this role, Janis was a Manager (BPM) at Spoornet from September 2005 to September 2007, where efforts focused on establishing a BPM model, gaining executive acceptance, and building a BPM team and competency center. Academic qualifications include an MBL in Business Leadership and a BSc Honours in Operations Research from the University of South Africa, as well as a BSc Honours in Applied Mathematics from Stellenbosch University.
