Lusanda Ngubenkomo

Lusanda Ngubenkomo is currently the Executive Manager of Enterprise and Supplier Development at Transnet, where they develop and implement strategies to support and empower black-owned SMMEs, ensuring their economic contributions. With a Master of Business Administration from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, Lusanda also possesses extensive experience in transformation, managing B-BBEE strategies, and conducting audits in the logistics and supply chain industry. They have held significant roles at various organizations, including serving as Head of B-BBEE at the National Empowerment Rating Agency and as BEE Manager at Armscor, where they advised on B-BBEE policies and strategies.
