Melanie Loubser is an experienced Organisation Design and Talent Manager with a strong background in leadership and functional development. From 1997 to 2007, they held roles at the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development, where they managed performance management and conducted organisational design investigations. As an Independent Consultant from 2009 to 2014, Melanie provided management consulting services to various government and private institutions in strategy building and organisational structure design.
