Neo Bodibe

Neo Bodibe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director at MAHLE Behr South Africa since August 2024 and as General Manager of Employee Relations at Transnet SOC Ltd since November 2021, Neo Bodibe has previously held significant positions including Director and Managing Director at RB Africa and Strategic Support to the General Secretary at the National Union of Metalworkers of South Africa. Educational qualifications include an MPhil in Futures Studies and a Postgraduate Diploma in Futures Studies from Stellenbosch Business School, as well as a BCom (Hons) in Economics from the University of the Witwatersrand.
