Phumla Ndwandwe

Phumla Ndwandwe currently serves as the Senior Manager of the ICT PMO at Transnet National Ports Authority since December 2021. With extensive experience at Transnet SOC Ltd, Phumla has held roles such as Project Manager and Process & Systems Analyst, effectively managing project scopes, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and contracts while providing leadership throughout the project life cycle. Previous roles include IT Support Specialist, focusing on desktop support and ICT consumables management at the Port of Richards Bay. Phumla holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Technology Management, a Certificate in Project Management, and a Financial Management Certificate, along with completion of the Management Development Programme at the University of Stellenbosch Business School.
