Siphosethu Magoso has comprehensive experience in human resources, beginning with an internship at the Department of Correctional Services in 2021, where responsibilities included meeting management, leave administration, and training information gathering. Currently serving as a Human Resource Administrator at Transnet SOC Ltd since July 2022, Siphosethu ensures compliance with policies, organizes training initiatives, manages bursary applications, and oversees recruitment logistics. Additionally, prior to these roles, Siphosethu worked as a Student Tutor at Cape Peninsula University of Technology, assisting students with tutorials and Microsoft applications. Siphosethu is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management, following a Diploma and an Advanced qualification in the same field from the same institution.
