Xoliswa Ntshingila

Xoliswa Ntshingila is a certified internal auditor with extensive experience in auditing and general management. Xoliswa has held various roles at Transnet, including Executive Manager in the Office of the Group Executive - HR since 2012, where they oversee strategic HR programs and manage enterprise risks. Previously, Xoliswa served as the ER Manager at Transnet from 2007 to 2012, focusing on the implementation of HR policies and managing compliance efforts. From 2004 to 2007, Xoliswa was the Chief Compliance and Governance Officer at Transtel. Xoliswa is currently pursuing a BPSE in Leadership Development at IMD Business School.
