Zinhle Mpungose

Zinhle Mpungose currently serves as a Social and Ethics Committee Member at PSiRA since August 2024 and has been the Head of People Management at Transnet SOC Ltd since June 2018, where responsibilities include shaping a culture aligned with Transnet's 4.0 Strategy and enhancing employee value propositions. Previously, Zinhle was Managing Director at Digi Change Guru, focusing on digital change management and executive coaching, and held multiple HR leadership positions at The Unlimited and the University of KwaZulu-Natal, significantly advancing HR strategies and performance. Zinhle's extensive experience also includes roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, the 2010 FIFA Local Organising Committee, and KLM Empowered, alongside a strong educational background with degrees in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University.
