Peter Lang has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Leiter Stabsbereich Strategie & Unternehmensentwicklung at TransnetBW GmbH since 2006, where responsibilities include developing the strategic direction of the company through employee involvement and structured environmental analysis. Previous roles at TransnetBW also include kommissarische Leitung Unternehmenskommunikation and Leiter Anlagenmanagement, overseeing a team of approximately 40 employees and reporting directly to management. Prior to TransnetBW, Peter Lang worked at EnBW Transportnetze AG from 1998 to 2006 as Teamleiter Systemvorhaltung and Anlagenmanager, leading projects that introduced new maintenance strategies with significant cost savings. Earlier experience includes working as Projektleiter Gasisolierte Schaltanlagen (GIS) at Energieversorgung Schwaben AG, focusing on the design and project management of gas-insulated switchgear.
